Oslo School of Architecture and Design

Since 2016 I've been Assistant Professor at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, alongside my work in industry.

The position has ranged from 15 to 40 percent over the years, depending on the courses I've run. It is currently 20 percent.

I teach bachelor and master students, introducing user-centred methods and the practical side of shipping products: how research becomes a decision, how a decision becomes an interface, and how a team keeps the two connected.

Bringing current industry practice into the studio, and taking what students see back into industry, is the point of the arrangement.
